Dr Alexa Canlas

Dr Alexa Nicole Canlas graduated from James Cook University in 2023, with a passion for providing a holistic approach with her dental treatment. There are many aspects of Dentistry which she enjoys including cosmetic dentistry, endodontics, and paediatrics. Alexa believes that a patient-centred care is important to achieve the best outcome for the patient’s oral health and the smile they have always wanted. She has a way with anxious patients and helping people of all ages feel at ease during their appointments. Alexa understands that Dentistry is an ever-growing career and makes it a priority to constantly learn to provide the best and newest standard of care possible. When not at work, Alexa enjoys being active and spends her time going for walks, runs, and the gym. She also enjoys cooking, reading, and most importantly a good cup of coffee
