Winnie completed the Bachelor of Optometry in 2001 at the University of New South Wales, Winnie has always had an interest in Behavioural Optometry and contact lenses. Thus, she continued her special interests and finished the Master of Optometry. She worked in Hong Kong for over 10 years where she had accumulated experiences in myopia research, myopia control and vision therapy. Winnie is passionate about vision therapy. Seeing improvements in patients is very rewarding and this drives her from learning more and more. Winnie is a Fellow of The Australasian college of Behavioural Optometry and a member of The Australian College of Optometry. Winnie is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin. She loves music and yoga.

Meagan completed her Optometry Degree at the University of New South Wales in 1993, graduating with Honours. She has also completed further post graduate training in Ocular Therapeutics, Advanced Contact Lenses and Behavioural Optometry. Meagan is a member of The Australian College of Optometry and the Orthokeratology Society of Oceania. Meagan enjoys all aspects of optometry consulting. Sally has 30 years of experience in optometry. She has completed further study in Therapeutics, Low Vision, Children's Vision, Behavioural Optometry, Vision Therapy and Neuro Optometric visual rehabilitation. Sally is interested in ensuring that each person can maximise their visual potential by ensuring that the eye-brain connection is working efficiently. This is especially necessary for children learning to read reading to learn and important to re-establish post concussion and brain injury Sally is a Fellow of The Australian College of Optometry and a fellow of the Australian College of Behavioural Optometrists and a member of the Contact Lens Society of Australia. Sally has served on the Optometrists Registration Board of Victoria and on the Council of the Optometrists Association, Victorian Division. Outside of optometry, Sally enjoys the outdoors; skiing, bushwalking, camping as well as yoga, gym and keeping fit.
