Lauren graduated from QUT with a Bachelor of Vision Science and Master of Optometry in 2021, achieving a GPA 7.0 on a 7.0 scale and receiving the University Medal. She has received multiple awards for academic excellence including the Asia Pacific Golden Key Undergraduate Award, QUT Vice-Chancellor Scholar Award, Brian Brown Research Award and Johnson & Johnson Vision Care Award. Lauren is passionate about educating patients on their eye health and providing high quality, personalised eye care. Lauren enjoys all aspects of general optometry and her special interests include myopia control, ocular therapeutics and supporting anxious patients. In her spare time, Lauren is an avid tennis enthusiast, enjoys NRL, and spending time with family and friends.
