Dr Sahar Alkassab is our principal dentist & founder of Alkassab Dental Surgery. She graduated from Baghdad University in 1989 and had a particular interest in oral surgery. She opened and worked in 3 clinics in Baghdad and Beirut before moving to Australia in 2003. Dr Alkassab became a member of the Australian Dental Association and a fellow in 2006. Dr Alkassab opened up her private practice in 2008 and is proud to have provided the very best care for each of her of patients. She has established a commitment to continuing education. She takes many hours of continuing education courses each year, ranging from orthodontics and implants to 3D CBCT imaging, with an emphasis on high quality and the most up to date treatment methods. Dr Sahar has a special interest in oral surgeries, orthodontics and cosmetic dentistry. Dr Sahar is also known to be a great cook. Ask her for her special hazelnut cake recipe when you visit her!
