David Nestor

Having always had an interest in the surgical aspects of dentistry, Dr David recently finished his post graduate training in implantology. This further education gives him professional insight into the field and allows him to make calculated, considered opinions on complex cases. He was awarded a prize for clinical and academic excellence in this Australian certified programme. He is continuing his education for more complex procedures Dr David joins the TC Smiles team after completing his undergraduate dental training in Trinity College of Dublin, graduating in 2009. Soon after, he obtained membership to the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh through the MJDF and MFDS examinations. Originally from West Ireland, Dr David moved to North Queensland in 2015, and recently relocated to the Gold Coast. In order to provide the best possible care for his patients, Dr David continues to participate in professional development courses, and has a unique interest in restorative dentistry including crowns, bridges, veneers and implants. I take extreme pride in being a gentle dentist, and always aim to explain the treatment options to my patients so that they can make informed decisions about their oral health.
