Ben is a Clinical Psychologist with experience in assisting adults and adolescents to manage their difficulties and journey toward a rich and meaningful life. He does this by providing a collaborative space that is warm, safe, judgement-free, and sometimes even humorous! In this space, Ben will empower you to identify your strengths, develop strategies and tools for positive change, boost wellbeing and resilience, and build understanding and acceptance of yourself. Ben’s approach is primarily informed by the evidence-based “Acceptance and Commitment Therapy” (ACT).
Ben also draws upon elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Schema Therapy to suit your personality, goals, and individual needs. Ben offers a free 15 minute phone consultation to have a chat about your needs and concerns, and most importantly determine if you feel he’s a good fit for you!
Ben offers face-to-face appointments (in Kew), as well as telehealth/video appointments for your convenience. Ben currently offers appointments on a Monday.
